This holistic four course program addresses the issue of disconnect at the root of intersecting personal and planetary wellbeing. With a starting with the Self approach, we look back to land-based ancestral practices to move towards ecological harmonization, revitalization and spiritual reconnection.
Grounded in principles of psychology and spiritual ecology, each course is holistic and experiential. The purpose of The Cycle is to integrate your sense of Self with Land, expanding your consciousness from the ego into to eco and moving your psyche from the level of the individual to that of the collective. In doing so, we get to the root of our suffering and reach liberation. As a microcosm of The Cycle this workshop introduces ancestral practices for soul care and ancient psychological tools for spiritual emergence to remedy symptoms of disconnect and support inner balance.
