The Cycle
This holistic four course program addresses the issue of disconnect at the root of intersecting personal and planetary wellbeing. With a starting with the Self approach, we look back to land-based ancestral practices to move towards ecological harmonization, revitalization and spiritual reconnection.
Grounded in principles of psychology and spiritual ecology, each course is holistic and experiential. The purpose of The Cycle is to integrate your sense of Self with Land, expanding your consciousness from the ego into to eco and moving your psyche from the level of the individual to that of the collective. In doing so, we get to the root of our suffering and reach liberation. Deepen your spiritual journey with holistic education and embark on an educational journey that redefines relationships with self, others and Land as one unified whole.

The Cycle: Workshop
As a microcosm of The Cycle this workshop introduces ancestral practices for soul care and ancient psychological tools for spiritual emergence to remedy symptoms of disconnect and support inner balance. Grounded in the four pillars of EOH, we introduce emotional permaculture to establish new, regenerative relationships with self, others and Land as one unififed whole. This workshop is a capacity development approach to evoke and sustain regenerative cultural transformations
